  1. Guidance in Step 3 of BC’s Restart Plan includes the following safety precautions (From WorkSafe BC):
    • Masks required for all clients and staff. Please bring your own masks to be worn at all times. If you forget your mask, we will provide you with one. Staff are wearing medical-grade masks.
    • Engage in careful social contact.
    • If you or anyone in your family feels sick, stay home and get tested immediately.
    • If you are unsure please call 811 and/or use the BCDC Self-Assessment Tool here.
  2. No walk-ins allowed. Please book your appointment in advance by calling or text to 604-620-9595, or through our online booking portal. Current Clients please create your online booking account here if you haven’t set one up yet. New Clients click here to book online.
  3. Please do not book if you, or someone in your household, are experiencing any symptoms which can be related to COVID-19 infections. If you are unsure please call 811 and/or use the BCDC Self-Assessment Tool here.
  4. Social Distancing Measures remain in place: 
    1. Clients and staff are advised to maintain 2 meters distance whenever possible.
    2. Please do not bring guests to your appointment.
    3. No more than 6 clients allowed in the office at a time.
  5. Please clean/sanitize your hands upon entering.
  6. Additional cleaning procedures in place as per BCDC Guidelines.

  1. Please do not book if you, or someone in your household, are experiencing any symptoms which can be related to COVID-19 infections. If you are unsure please call 811 and/or use the BCDC Self-Assessment Tool here.
  2. Please do not book if you have travelled internationally in the past 2 weeks, or if you have been advised to self-isolate.
  3. No walk-ins allowed. Please book your appointment in advance by calling or text to 604-620-9595 or through our online booking portal. Current Clients please create your online booking account here if you haven’t set one up yet. New Clients click here to book online.
  4. Social Distancing Measures are in place: 
    1. Clients and staff are advised to maintain 2 meters distance whenever possible.

    3. No more than 9 clients allowed in the office at a time.
    4. The waiting/seating area is closed. Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment and please wait outside if we are at capacity.
  5. Please wash/sanitize your hands upon entering.
  6. Masks required for all clients and staff unless exempt. Please bring your own masks to be worn at all times. If you forget your mask, we will provide you with one. Staff are wearing medical-grade masks.
  7. No cash transactions. Contact-less and Auto-pay setup preferred.

    3. The waiting/seating area is closed. Please wait outside if we are at capacity

We are excited to announce that we have a tentative re-opening date after Victoria Day of March 19th.

Still awaiting further details later this week... 

We will open up a limited number of online bookings as soon as we can!

If you haven't already, you will need to register an account here for online booking (current clients only) so we can connect your schedule to our system. You will only need to do this once.

[UPDATE: May 01, 2020]

As required by the Provincial Health Officer and the College of Chiropractors of BC, during the COVID-19 pandemic, chiropractors can only treat patients in-person when providing “emergent, urgent and/or essential care.”

You must schedule an appointment for in-person treatment. Unscheduled, drop-in treatment is not permitted.

Before you can schedule in-person treatment, you must be interviewed by a chiropractor from the clinic to confirm whether you require “emergent, urgent and/or essential care” and to assess your risk for COVID-19 infection.

The chiropractor will interview you over the phone or using internet communications. You cannot be interviewed in person.

Looks like we are getting closer to re-opening! 

Promising discussions from the province this week that chiropractic offices will be some of the first businesses to re-open.

We are still hoping for early May.

We should have more details from the province this week...

[UPDATE: April 14, 2020] 

It looks like we are (finally) turning the corner on the "virus-that-shall-not-be-named" shut down. We are cautiously optimistic that Revolution Health could re-open in the next few weeks.⁠

Fingers crossed...⁠

Many clients have requested emergency visits (unable to function without chiropractic care) which we are happy to provide with the appropriate safety measures:⁠

Must not have travelled internationally in the past 2 weeks⁠
Must not be exhibiting any symptoms of COVID, flu-like symptoms, etc.⁠
Hand-washing upon entering is a must⁠

You are probably receiving a 'bazillion' Coronavirus updates this week so we will keep this update short-ish.

Revolution Health will remain closed for the time being and will re-evaluate on a week by week basis. If you had an appointment scheduled this upcoming week, it has been cancelled and we will contact you to reschedule once we are open again.

Emergencies - We have already seen a number of clients for in-office emergency visits. If you are in physical need, please call us at 604-620-9595 and leave a message.

[NEW] FREE Online Courses - Effective immediately, We have made our two most popular health and wellness courses - Sleep Hacking 101 and Headache Relief - available for FREE on our online Revolution Health Home Care Program site. If you don't have an account already, you will need to create an account here. The Videos are found under the "Courses" section. They are short and sweet but packed with a ton of great info.

(We will be recording fresh new courses in the next few days and will post them on the home care site. These courses will remain FOREVER FREE to our current and past clients. Stay tuned...)

Homework - We have been quite active on social media lately, posting daily mobility work, and simple at-home "quarantine" workouts.

[UPDATE: March 23, 2020 - TEMP CLOSURE]

After taking additional steps to ensure safety for our clients and staff, including having our support staff work from home and reduced office hours, we have made the difficult decision to close temporarily effective Tuesday, March 24.

[EMERGENCIES] We realize that for many of our clients, chiropractic care is an essential service, and we will continue to provide online, as well as emergency, in-office care if required.

[MONTHLY PAYMENTS] If you are currently paying monthly, and you do not have a balance outstanding, all auto payments will be paused until regular office hours resume.

We're here to support you in creating awesome health! Revolution Health will be OPEN, providing essential chiropractic care as long as we can.

For those people stuck at home, we will be rolling out ONLINE tools, tips, and lessons for those that aren't able to come in. You can expect to hear more from us through email to let you know how you can participate.

We'll be posting daily mobility/exercise and spinal care classes on our various social media channels, AS WELL AS VIRTUAL OFFICE HOURS by appointment for anyone needing extra guidance or help for those at home.
